Attending last year’s awards ceremonies was an incredibly motivating experience. The winners were very talented and their passion, determination, vision and creativity left a big impact on me.

I was impressed by the contribution so many Australian women are making as business owners and managers, as innovators and exporters and as leaders across the government and community sector.

Women such as the 2012 Telstra Australian Business Woman of the Year Carolyn Creswell, do so much to inspire others to reach their own goals.
