2003 Telstra Australian Business Woman of the Year
Launa Inman
Managing Director Target
Launa Inman was appointed Managing Director of Target Australia Pty Ltd in February 2005, and under her leadership the company has grown to sales of $3.8 billion, employing 25,000 people and 294 stores across the country. In September 2011, after seven years building Target into one of Australia’s leading fashion retailers, Launa announced her decision to step down from her role.
Launa holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and a Masters of Commerce in Strategy and Economics. She also completed the Advanced Executive Program at Wharton Business School in 2004. Launa is an Independent Non-executive Director of Commonwealth Bank of Australia and member of the World Retailing Congress Advisory Board.

Christine Cameron
Christine Cameron is the co-owner, Sales and Marketing Director and Company Secretary of Rockcote Pty Ltd, an architectural texture coating business. Beginning its operations from a backyard shed, Christine has helped grow Rockcote to a $17 million dollar turnover business employing over 80 staff. Christine oversees all marketing activities and has input into the company's ongoing training schemes.

Marie Persson
In a career devoted to Australian vocational education and training, Marie Persson has moved from managing a classroom to managing the largest vocational education and training organisation in Australia. As Director of Sydney Institute of TAFE, Marie has been responsible for increasing enrolment numbers and commercial revenue. She has been at the forefront of national training reform and was one of the original executives of the Australian National Training Authority.

Zahava Elenberg
At just 24 years of age while finishing her final year at university, Zahava Elenberg launched Elenberg Fraser, an architectural practice. Five years later, the practice employs 18 full-time staff and has successfully completed many building projects in Melbourne, including Liberty Tower a 28-level apartment building. In 2002, Zahava established a second business, Move-in, a service which provides everything you need to furnish a new home or investment property.
