Christine Cameron is the co-owner, Sales and Marketing Director and Company Secretary of Rockcote Pty Ltd, an architectural texture coating business. Beginning its operations from a backyard shed, Christine has helped grow Rockcote to a $17 million dollar turnover business employing over 80 staff. Christine oversees all marketing activities and has input into the company's ongoing training schemes.

Lynne Saint is Chief Financial Officer of the Mining and Metals Global Business Unit for the multi-national construction and engineering company, Bechtel Australia Pty Ltd. Lynne oversees the financial and commercial operations for Mining and Metals which has revenues in excess of US $2.6 billion with projects in Australia, Chile, Canada, the Middle East and Europe. Lynne recently completed a challenging assignment as Regional Controller of Asia Pacific, establishing the region's business services organisation.

Deborah Kilroy formed Sisters Inside Inc in 1992, a not-for-profit community organisation that challenges the injustices that impact on women in prison, their children and families. In 2000, Deborah was seconded to East Timor to train community workers in sexual assault counseling. She was awarded an Order of Australia Medal in 2003 for her work with women in prison and her contribution to the community.

Sarah Seckold is the sole Director of The Direct Empire Pty Ltd, a marketing, talent and entertainment agency. Sarah took over the company when she was 19 years old and studying full-time. She has since transformed the business into a successful enterprise, creating marketing campaigns and promotional concepts for clients such as Coke, Gillette and L'Oreal. Sarah leads a team of 400 promotional staff and is currently writing a book about young business owners in Australia.
