Janine Allis
Founder and Managing Director of Boost Juice Bars
Janine Allis is Founder and Managing Director of Boost Juice Bars, now known as Retail Zoo. Janine has grown the innovative youth-based business from one store in Adelaide to over 245 stores in Australia and 15 other countries around the world. There are over 4,500 young Australians working under the Boost Juice banner. Boost Juice acquired the new and exciting Salsa’s Fresh Mex Gill in 2007 which now has over 25 stores and growing. Boost Juice has an annual turnover of over $135M ($AUD) per year.

Dr Karen Starr

Dr Karen Starr is Principal of one of Victoria's oldest schools, Fintona Girls School. Since taking on the role in 2001, Karen has greatly improved the school's financial viability and increased enrolments by more that 40 per cent. She was previously the Chief Writer of South Australia's Curriculum, Standards and Accountability Framework, the world's first birth-to-Year-12 curriculum framework which guides curriculum programming in all childcare centres, pre-schools, primary and secondary schools in the state. Karen is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of both the Australian Association of Educational Research and Australian College of Education.

Dr Elaine Saunders

Dr Elaine Saunders is CEO of Dynamic Hearing Pty Ltd which licences revolutionary sound processing software suitable for hearing aids and other acoustical applications. Dynamic Hearing's sound technology allows better sound quality to the hearing and non-hearing world. Its sound processing technique is the greatest advancement in hearing technology in 30 years. Prior to this role, Elaine worked for CRC for Cochlear Implant and Hearing Aid Innovation where she led the research and development team that developed the award-winning contour electrode.

Josephine Rose Jennings

Josephine Rose Jennings is the proprietor of The Sands Pharmacy. Josephine worked in the pharmacy as a student placement in 1996 and returned to the business as manager a year later. At the age of 22, she was responsible for managing the business and its 12 staff. Josephine purchased the business three years ago, while completing her MBA. She has imbedded a culture based on quality customer service and a strong community focus. Sands Pharmacy offers community health education programs, promotes safe use of medication, rewards customers for their loyalty and sponsors community initiatives.
