Shelley was just 21 years of age when she started her modeling agency which today manages a talent pool of 1,200 people across the country. Shelley's beauty company has been operating for just over a year, with products stocked in retail outlets around the world and used by celebrities including Elle MacPherson, Kylie Minogue and Kate Moss.

Jennie Lang is Executive Director of UNSW International, responsible for generating $150 million of annual revenue from the Asia region for one of Australia's largest universities. Jennie oversees 22 staff within her department who recruit and market to 25 countries, maintain relationships with 250 sister universities and support more than 8,000 international students. Jennie has negotiated for UNSW to establish the first major offshore private comprehensive university in the world, which will focus on teaching and research in a broad range of discipline areas.

Jennifer Kerr
Jennifer Kerr is the youngest person to be appointed General Manager of the Sydney Youth Orchestra Association and the only full-time female manager of a state youth orchestra. Since taking on the position in 2001 Jennifer has been paramount in the financial recovery of the orchestra and lobbying for a 100 per cent increase in government funding. She has facilitated the performance of 14 new works and established a Composer in Residence program for junior string players which is now a national model for other state youth orchestras.
