Michelle Hanton
As Founder and National Co-ordinator of Dragons Abreast Australia, Michelle Hanton oversees the nationally-represented, volunteer-run organisation that promotes awareness of breast cancer through participation in dragon boat racing. Her concept started with one boat racing in Darwin and has since evolved to include races in every state and territory in Australia and two other countries. Michelle is a breast cancer spokesperson and has traveled extensively throughout the world to consult to support groups, medical staff and the media.

Catherine Spurr
After commencing her career as an apprentice electronics communications technician, Catherine Spurr studied to become qualified as a solicitor and barrister. Catherine is now co-owner of Halfpennys Lawyers, a small Darwin practice that specialises in commercial, family and criminal law and the division that Catherine manages, work injuries. In addition, Catherine is President of the Northern Territory branch of the Australian Labor Party and a volunteer and member of several law societies and associations.

Tracey Lineham (nee Clapp)
Tracey Lineham (nee Clapp) is a qualified chartered accountant and heads the audit division of PFA Chartered Accountants in Alice Springs, where she has worked for the past two years. Prior to this Tracey worked as an analyst for the multi-national accounting firm, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. PFA Chartered Accountants has built a new office in Alice Springs which Tracey part-owns. Tracey has a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Accounting and Tourism Management.

Cindy Rosenbaum
In March last year, Cindy Rosenbaum purchased Dunnart Advertising & Design Pty Ltd, an Alice Springs-based graphic design agency. Cindy and her two staff provide more than 300 Northern Territory and interstate clients with design services for logos, websites, brochures, major publications and exhibitions. Projects include designing all the recruitment advertisements for the Northern Territory Government and creating tourist information signage for the Parks and Wildlife Commission.
