The business has realised a revenue increase of 403%. She has experience in Government and corporate sectors including National GM Corporate/Strategy National Crime Authority, CEO Shared Services Victorian Premier Cabinet/Treasury Finance, Deputy CEO Calvary Public/Private hospitals, Development Rural Human Services Strategy Victorian and Regional Executive Tasmanian Health. Qualifications include Masters Public Policy/Management, Williamson and ACHSE Fellowships, RN/Midwife. Deborah holds several Board appointments.

Nicole Georgiou is the Founder and Director of Dynamic Studios, the home of Canberra's only performing arts troupes, the Dynamic Dancers. Nicole's business provides pre-professional and professional dance training as well as a three-year student teacher training program. As the business has developed over the past 12 years, Nicole has expanded its premises to include three state of the art studios, a massage and naturopathy room and a children's play room.
