Dr Sandy Griffin
Dr Sandy Griffin is Principle Environmental Scientist with HLA-Envirosciences Pty Ltd. The consultancy provides advice on environmental management, impact and assessment as well as risk management. Sandy established the Darwin office in 2003 and oversees business development, marketing, management of staff as well as fulfilling her consulting role. She has been involved in feral animal research programs and has lectured in Natural and Cultural Resource Management. Sandy completed her PhD in Aquatic Ecology, receiving a Chancellor's Commendation upon graduating.

Jo Reiter is the Owner and Creative Director of Boyanton Advertising. The agency provides integrated multi-media advertising campaigns, media planning and placement, brand development, graphic designing and marketing planning. Jo commenced her business seven years ago as a sole operator and today employs five staff. Jo spearheaded the creation of the inaugural "Dragons Abreast" calendar, to raise awareness for breast cancer, which featured high profile women, including the NT's Chief Minister.

Phyllis Nicoll
Phyllis Nicoll is Director of Lifeline Central Australia where she manages the organisation's staff, volunteers and resources and oversees its mental health and suicide prevention programs. Since Phyllis has taken on the role the organisation has trained more than 70 volunteers and held numerous community workshops and training programs. The former Nun has worked with long-term unemployed during her position with Centacare in Hobart and has worked as a volunteer for suicide prevention programs in Tonga and Fiji.

Teresa Anderson is the Owner and Operator of Kabuki Haircutters. Teresa opened the hair salon in 2001 after more than ten years of experience in the industry. Teresa oversees the operational and financial management of her business, manages six staff and services her own clients. In addition, Teresa is currently training her two apprentices and takes staff members to Sydney each year as part of their ongoing training. Teresa has won various national competitions for her work.
