2005 Telstra South Australian Business Woman of the Year

Linda Gaunt

Linda Gaunt was Deputy CEO and Director of Education and Training at the Australian Institute of Management, SA Division. Linda managed the Institute's Registered Training Organisation which last year provided vocational education and training to 6,000 people. She also managed the Institute's Graduate School of Business and is currently a Board Director of Career Systems which assists people with disabilities to find employment in the community. Linda has just been appointed as the National Chief Executive Officer of the Meetings and Events Industry Association of Australia.

Debra Ferguson

Debra Ferguson is General Manager and Director of fishing business, Ferguson Australia. Debra's role involves promoting the company's products oversees and dealing with distributors and chefs. In addition, Debra is an active member of various food, seafood and hospitality industry bodies and is currently a steering committee member for the Seafood Enterprise Alliance which aims to develop an Australian seafood industry brand and strategy.

Dianne Rogowski

Dianne Rogowski is a Regional Executive at the National Australia Bank. Dianne is responsible for managing the Private Bank suites in Adelaide and Perth which service 1,500 high net worth clients. She oversees a team of 26 employees who provide clients with banking services, financial planning, accounting and tax planning and insurance services. Dianne became the first woman in Australia to ever return from maternity leave to full time employment with the bank' in 1987

Rebecca Paris

Rebecca Paris is Managing Director of Zootz Kitchen Bar at Henley Beach, a business she purchased with her husband in 2003. Within ten months of operation, Zootz won a small business award and Rebecca was a state winner and national finalist in the Suntory Cup cocktail making competition. Rebecca is responsible for managing the bar's staff, accounts and stock control, marketing activities, function co-ordination and menu design
