Amy Currant

Amy Currant is a Consultant of Peppermint Bay, a waterfront tourism development located 35 minutes south of Hobart. The development houses a restaurant, bar & eatery, functions venue, providore & art gallery as well as incorporating a cruise business linking it to Hobart. Amy has been involved since the projects' inception and now oversees the overall operation of the business. Peppermint Bay was awarded Best New Tourism Development 2005 at the Australian Tourism Awards.

Neroli Ellis

Neroli Ellis is the Branch Secretary of the Australian Nursing Federation. Neroli manages the industrial and professional services areas of the organisation for public, private, and aged care nurses. During her career with the Federation Neroli has negotiated a $112 million package for public sector nurses, a consent Order through the Australian Industrial Relations Commission to ensure safe nursing workloads and facilitated a federal court case to provide nurses with a post graduate allowance.

Dianne Maynard

Dianne Maynard is Assistant Manager of Seahorse World at Beauty Point. Following the experience gained while working at the world's first seahorse farming business, Dianne designed the Seahorse World aquarium which opened in 2000. She and her team have since successfully bred six species of seahorse and three species of pipefish originating from around the world. In the past two years Dianne has progressed from the operational side of the aquarium to the management side of the business.
