Lara Corry-Boyd is Managing Director of Brindabella Airlines Pty Ltd, an executive aircraft charter and hire service, with an aircraft maintenance branch. In 2000, a flight training school was added, and in 2003 Brindabella became a successful Regional Airline as a QANTAS affiliate. Starting with only one aircraft and a minimal investment, Brindabella Airlines now operates a fleet of 17 aircraft, and employs over 40 staff. In addition to her managerial roles, Lara is a Chief Pilot and Training Captain, and an Approved Testing Officer, appointed by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.

Josephine Cornell is the Human Resources Manager at EDS in Canberra. EDS pioneered outsourcing internationally and employs over 550 staff in Canberra. Josephine's role is to partner with the senior leadership team in Canberra, ensuring that they have in place strategic plans that will ensure their continued growth and profitability. In her former role with CEA Technologies, she created individual development programs for all staff. As part of the senior management group with CEA, she designed and applied a performance and development review process across the whole of the organisation, developing job descriptions for each role.

Cassandra Webeck is the Director of Corporate Strategy at IT Management Solutions, which provides IT support and services to the small business sector as well as larger public and private organisations. Since joining IT Management Solutions in 2005, Cassandra has been responsible for successfully developing, implementing and managing Human Resource management processes, strategic market planning, communication strategies and company growth framework. Every year, Cassandra volunteers as a Coordinating Mentor for Young Achievement Australia, leading a team which mentors secondary and tertiary students
