Anne Bradford

Anne Bradford is Regional Manager for the Department of Defence. Anne manages over 1300 employees across 92 Defence sites, providing a range of administrative and technical services. Most recently, Anne was involved in overseeing the provision of services and support for peacekeeping operations in East Timor. In 2000/01 Anne was the National Manager Learning and Development for the National Crime Authority where she was responsible for developing and implementing a workforce capability framework for training, professional learning and staff development.

Pippa Tessmann

Pippa Tessmann is the owner of the Alice Springs Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic. The Clinic is a provider to the Northern Territory Institute of Sport, and travels and works with State Netball, Rugby League, AFL, Soccer, Baseball and Cycling teams. Pippa was selected as part of the Australian Physiotherapy Team at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne 2006. She has also established an outreach service to remote Aboriginal communities and is Chair of the Physiotherapists Registration Board of the Northern Territory.

Shelley Crowther

Shelley Crowther is CEO of Northpharm Pty Ltd, a provider of pharmacy services to institutional clients and Remote Area Aboriginal Health. Over the last four years, Shelley has increased Northpharm annual turnover from $2.3million to $8.4million. She has also been responsible for the business becoming the largest supplier of blister packed dose administration aids to Indigenous people in the Northern Territory. Shelley recently co-authored the groundbreaking ‘Medicines Book for Aboriginal Health Workers', which has been distributed to every remote health centre in the Northern Territory.
