Today the company is the nation’s largest producer of recycled timber furniture, but that’s just one aspect of its unique design, manufacture and retail success story. JIMMY POSSUM employs in excess of 120 people and offers more than 1000 products through seven stunning showrooms in four Australian States.

Glenyce Johnson
Glenyce Johnson is Managing Director of Peregrine Adventures. Peregrine Adventures offer adventure travel and specialise in small group adventure tours to destinations across the world including Antarctica and the Himalayas. Glenyce is responsible for the wholesale business in Melbourne as well as retail offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Vancouver and London, managing a budget of $70 million dollars across 6 continents. Following September 11, 2001, and a worldwide downturn in travel, Glenyce was instrumental in keeping Peregrine alive in her previous role of Finance Controller.

Pamela Sutton
Pamela Sutton is the Chief Marketing Officer of Plan Australia, an international child-focused development agency, looking after millions of children living in poverty in developing countries. Since joining Plan Australia in July 2001, Pamela has overseen company revenue increase by over 150% and has doubled supporter numbers. Pamela's natural leadership and fundraising skills were recently rewarded through the successful tender to appoint Plan as Goodwill Partner for the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games - the first time in history that the Games has partnered with a charity.

Claire Penniceard
Claire Penniceard is the Owner and Sole Director of The Pig Pen Ltd Pty Ltd, a farm that breeds pigs on contract for QAF Meat Industries Ltd Pty, one of Australia's largest meat producers. Claire manages the piggery and provides an elite level of care for the pigs including the use of deep litter housing, allowing the pigs natural movement and free exercise space. Claire is currently modelling a process in which an unmanageable product (grape marc) from wineries can be adapted as a suitable bedding material for deep litter piggeries, creating an environmentally friendly mulch product.

Amy Sznicer
Amy Sznicer is the Retail Operations and Marketing Manager for fashion brand, Brown Sugar. Under her leadership, Amy has led Brown Sugar to achieve record sales growth, including expanding the company with the implementation of more stores, both brand new and newly refurbished, around the country. Amy's responsibilities on a daily basis include managing Brown Sugar's marketing, human resources, store design and website development, which she has improved by introducing strategic approaches to visual merchandising, customer communications and service levels.
