Susan Filby is General Manager Services at ETSA Utilities, an electricity distribution company which provides services to over 780,000 customers throughout South Australia. Susan's role includes the operational responsibilities of providing reliable connection, billing and complaint resolution, stakeholder management and the representation of ETSA Utilities in the media. Susan currently sits on the Rural Solutions SA Board, the state government's Development Policy Advisory Committee, and is also a member of the Energy Industry Ombudsman Scheme Board.

Judy Curran is Chief Executive of SCOSA, the Spastic Centres of South Australia. Judy is responsible for delivering the organisation's strategic plan, and regularly lobbies Government and key stakeholders for resources and support. Judy leads a team of 280 staff and volunteers who provide day activities, camps and respite care to over 300 people with significant intellectual and multiple disabilities, including cerebral palsy. Judy also contributes to National Disability Services which advocates for services to people with disabilities and their families.

Mirella Morizzi is the Executive Manager for Business and Training Services for Training Innovation – Management & Enterprise Pty Ltd (TIME), a consultancy providing business strategy and solutions to the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Mirella is responsible for the promotion and implementation of TIME's services, and since joining in early 2007, has launched a new division of the organisation and successfully identified two new business markets. Mirella is also Part Owner and Operator of Mesa Lunga Restaurant and Tapas bar which she established in 2006.
