Jane Mussared

Adelaide

Jane Mussared is General Manager, Health and Community Services at ACH Group, a not-for-profit organisation specialising in aged care for more than 35,000 South Australians. Jane has developed an integrated one-stop service where older people can access all of their in-home aged care requirements by making one simple phone call. Standard procedure previously required older people to approach a number of different departments to look after all their care requirements, and the administration and hassle required was often prohibitive. Jane's innovative procedure allows older people to access all their care requirements through one channel, while ACH Group takes care of administration behind the scenes.
