Leanne has established, managed and sold five companies in the manufacturing and fresh produce industries over the last twenty years, staying ahead of market trends and building dynamic businesses. She also designed and launched into 15 countries, Safeguard Fruit & Veggie Wash, an all-natural cleansing wash for fresh produce.

Currently Leanne manages The Margaret River Chocolate Company which attracts nearly 1 million visitors each year to its iconic tourist destinations in the wine regions of Margaret River and the Swan Valley. Employing 70 staff in the chocolate production, packing, retail showrooms and cafes, Leanne is also managing building projects and expansion plans.

Angela Whittington

Angela Whittington is Chief Executive Officer of Imaging the South, a company providing high quality diagnostic imaging services to rural and remote areas of Australia. Angela has played a hand in implementing many world-first enabling technologies since her appointment to the company in 2002. With more than 70 staff spread across 18 locations in Western Australia, and over 20 radiologists internationally, Angela's role is highly varied. In 2003, Angela successfully stabilised the business from its poor financial position by overhauling many of its systems and procedures, and today stands at the helm of its growth as it continues to provide much needed health services to rural Australians.

Rebecca Moore

Until recently Rebecca Moore was Manager of Community Development and Libraries for the City of Joondalup. In her role, Rebecca oversaw strategic development while providing leadership to staff to help implement events and activities. Over five years, Rebecca transformed Western Australia's library industry by creating a model to increase patronage while also dramatically increasing staff satisfaction. Joondalup libraries have undergone a revitalisation of staff, culture, buildings and the development of a new brand. As a result, the City of Joondalup now has a variety of information and social services available to 160,000 community members. Rebecca is currently the Executive Manager Community Services City of Nedlands.

Vanessa van der Swaagh is the Managing Director of Professional Placements Pty Ltd, an independently-owned recruitment and human resources consultancy. Vanessa has also worked across Australia and Papua New Guinea in the mining, transport and warehouse industries, gaining a range of skills from these sectors. Vanessa has been responsible for diversifying the business' service offering since her appointment to the position in early 2007, offering human resources, business, occupational health and safety and training solutions to mining companies both in Australia and internationally. Under Vanessa's leadership, the business has grown significantly in turnover and number of employees.
